Yes, the temps have certainly been mild lately, but we're not going to be that lucky for the entire summer. We're bound to have some 90-degree days filled with humidity and no breeze.

And when it's hot out, there's nothing worse than standing over a hot stove or oven, preparing a meal for yourself or your family. Sometimes, it's not even enjoyable to eat hot foods in the heat of summer, but who could say no to a meal filled with vegetables from the farmers market or perhaps a cold salad that takes only minutes to create?
