The Crossing Arts Alliance hosted an opening reception for their new art exhibit Carnival of Curiosities Friday, Aug. 9, in downtown Brainerd. The reception included fair fare such as popcorn and cotton candy and performances from jugglers, dancers and the Hobo Band featuring Tony Powers and Brent Shephard. The big top inspired exhibition, sponsored by The Raboin & Francis Law Firm, will run through Aug. 31.
