Granger Smith to perform June 23 at Lakes Jam

With sold-out national tours, country music trailblazer Granger Smith will make a stop at 10 p.m. June 23 to the Lakes Jam stage at Brainerd International Raceway, located off Highway 371 north of Baxter.

Smith is the headliner for June 23 and performs after LOCASH and High Valley.

Lakes Jam, founded in 2012, is a three-day music fest that unites country and classic rock.

Smith is a flagship artist on Broken Bow Records Music Group's newest imprint, Wheelhouse Records. Smith has had a social media following of more than five million and YouTube views exceeding 50 million.

Granger's new album, "Remington," released March 4 claimed the No. 1 spot on the iTunes country album chart on release day and garnered him the No. 1 debut for first week sales via Nielson Soundscan, Smith's publicist stated in a news release.

Smith's lead single "Backroad Song," off the album hit No. 1 on Billboard, Mediabase and Music Row charts the week of Feb. 15. "If The Boot Fits" is the follow-up single, which has been streamed over four million times.

Smith recently appeared on national TV including the TODAY Show, Fox & Friends and the coveted outdoor stage at Jimmy Kimmel Live.
