Three bands will be featured in the second annual Kick-Off Summer Bash scheduled outdoors Saturday at The Green Lantern, nine miles east of Brainerd off Highway 18.
Bands performing include national recording artist Natalie Stovall and The Drive, Coyote Wild and Levi Pelzer.
"We've been very busy making upgrades to the bar, restaurant and outside areas all winter long so we're excited to show them off this summer, especially our new outdoor patio area," Carl Larson, co-owner with Dee Larson of the Green Lantern, stated in a press release. "Concert goers can bring their favorite lawn chair, grab a cold beer, Coke or drink of choice and enjoy award winning barbecue plus listen to great live music.
Carolyn Huff, co-owner of Huff Entertainment Solutions and a partner and promoter of Kick Off Summer Bash, stated last year's event went over so well they added an End of Summer Bash.
Gates open at 4 p.m. and the music begins at 5 p.m. with Levi Pelzer from Little Falls kicking off the performances. An all you can eat barbecue will be from 5-7 p.m.

Coyote Wild out of Minneapolis will perform at 7 p.m. and Natalie Stovall and The Drive will perform at 10 p.m.
Natalie Stovall and The Drive are relentless road warriors, amassing more than 200 dates each year across college campuses, clubs, festivals and military bases around the world. Stovall, a Tennessee native, is a powerhouse vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, who has been playing professionally since she was 10.
A fiddle phenom, Stovall made her Grand Old Opry debut at the age of 12, and has been performing everywhere from the White House to The Oprah Winfrey Show. James Bavendam, Seattle, Wash., is on drums, and guitarists are Miguel Cancino, Santiago, Chile, and Joel Dormer, Redding, Calif.
Stovall was named one of CMT's "Next Women of Country" and was recently awarded "Best Female Artist" and "Best Music Artist" by Campus Events Magazine.
Coyote Wild, a team of musicians and singers who perform country and rock the way they were meant to be played, the news release stated. The show is high-energy and fast-paced.
Pelzer is an up and coming independent touring and recording artist born in central Minnesota. After playing in bar bands since the age of 15, Pelzer has embarked on a solo career that was kick started by an offer from a producer in Nashville to record his debut album. On Feb. 27, 2015, Pelzer's 21st birthday, he released his debut single, "I Can Love You with my Eyes Closed" to iTunes. His high level of energy and captivating performances, along with his guitar playing skills and pure love for music is what sets the show apart and makes it a show you won't want to miss, the release stated.
Advanced concert tickets are on sale for $15 each and are available online at www.huff-entertainment.com or for sale at the Green Lantern. Tickets will go up to $20 on the day of the show. All tickets include the barbecue.
