Lakes Jam organizers announced Wednesday, June 16, that country artist Jon Pardi — who was scheduled to be the June 25th headliner — canceled due to him being placed on vocal rest.
“Lakes Jam wishes Jon a speedy recovery and we’ll all be raising a glass in his honor, in late June,” General Manager Ken Lacy stated in an email. “The show will go on without him this year, but he’ll be back in 2022 and we can’t wait! Til then, we’ll all just need a little Heartache Medication!”
Lakes Jam will now feature Big & Rich to fill in Pardi’s spot.
“With very short notice, we are extremely thankful, and excited, that Big & Rich will now be performing June 25th at Lakes Jam!” Lacy stated. “They sing ‘Coming to Your City,’ well now they’re coming to ours! Jam On!”
Songs by Big & Rich include “Save A Horse, (Ride A Cowboy),” “Holy Water” and “Lost in this Moment.”
