Lamplighter Community Theatre in Staples newest dinner theater production of "The Imaginary Invalid," 7 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday at Ted & Gen's. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the buffet dinner served at 6 p.m. for the Friday-Saturday shows. Sunday show, the doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the meal served at noon. The Central Lakes College Music Department will present "The Pre-Spring Concert," 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Chalberg Theater. Admission is $5 at the door and CLC students and children 12 and under are free.

Grassroots Concert Series

Musician Beth Wood to perform, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 27, Live Well Nightclub and Coffee Bar in Nisswa. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children accompanied by an adult.

PEQUOT LAKES

Guitar quartet and dancer

The Minneapolis Guitar Quartet with dancer Collette Illarde, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Pequot Lakes High School Theater. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors age 60 and older and $8 for youth age 18 and younger. Tickets can be reserved by calling the Pequot Lakes Community Education office at 218-568-9200. Tickets may be picked up starting one hour before the concert in the lobby of the theater.

As part of the quartet performance, there will be two free educational workshops offered Saturday: Guitar workshop, and Introductory Flamenco Dance workshop. Call the Pequot Lakes Community Education office to register at 218-568-9200.
