‘What the World Needs Now’ concert set
The Legacy Chorale presents “What the World Needs Now” with two concerts. The first is 7:30 p.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church in Aitkin, which will feature the Aitkin High School Concert Choir. The second is 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Tornstrom Auditorium in Brainerd, which will feature the Brainerd High School Ninth Grade Varsity Choir.

Grassroots Concerts series
Yellow-Bellied Sapsuckers to perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Live Well Nightclub and Coffee Bar in the Journey Church, next to the Nisswa Elementary School. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12 with listening attention when accompanied by an adult. Seating is first-come, first-served.
