‘Talking With’
Brainerd Community Theatre’s season of streamed performances brings a collection of women from all walks of life, each with their own fascinating life story, is the subject matter of Jane Martin’s compelling play “Talking With.” The play will be available for home viewing Thursday-Sunday, March 25-28. Minnesota author Alison McGhee will discuss her new book for young adults titled, “Where We Are” April 5, as part of a Brainerd Public Library’s Brown Bag Lunch author visit. Aitkin Musical
The Aitkin High School Concert Choir will stream its performances of the musical "Sister Act" at 7:30 p.m. April 8-10 and at 2 p.m. April 11. Tickets for these performances will be sold as “scheduled content,” which means the ticket entitles a person to watch the show at the purchased time only. Tickets are $10 per person and/or $38 for four or more. Tickets are available on the school’s website at isd1.org and then click on the link to purchase tickets.
HSO hosts virtual concert
The Heartland Symphony Orchestra’s spring concert will be a virtual production at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 27. The spring concert, titled “Music From the (Virtual) New World,” will be available to watch it anytime on HSO’s website HeartlandSymphony.com and YouTube channel.
