Empty Bowls fundraiser

Second annual Empty Bowls fundraiser, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, lower gym at the Franklin Arts Center. For a fully tax-deductible $20 cash donation at the door, guests will receive a meal of soup and bread and can choose a handmade bowl.

A party for fourth- through sixth-graders will be from 5-7 p.m., followed by a party for seventh- through 12th-graders from 7-9 p.m.

At 6 p.m. Oct. 30, the Cultural Center will host a Scary Movie Night in the main gallery.
