Bethlehem Lutheran Church has canceled all services with the exception of a weekly livestreamed service 10:30 a.m. Sundays.

First Lutheran Church events

Due to COVID-19 and the stay at home order by Gov. Tim Walz, all worship services and activities at First Lutheran Church, 424 S. Eighth St., Brainerd, are suspended until further notice.

On Sunday, May 17, the liturgy will be the folk service. Pastor Loren Anderson-Bauer, Interim, will deliver the sermon.

The church office will be open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

For after office hours, if pastoral care is needed, call 218-829-9552 and leave a message. This phone will be monitored and calls will be returned.

Financial contributions, in support of the work and ministry of First Lutheran Church, can be dropped off during office hours or mailed to First Lutheran Church.

This Week at Trinity

On Sunday, May 17, Trinity Lutheran Church, 1420 S. Sixth St., Brainerd, will have a drive-up worship service at 9 a.m. in the church parking lot.

Also, the service will be broadcast live on KVBR 1340. Holy Communion will be available to members and guests as they worship in their cars so as to practice safe social distancing. Pastor Hans Anderson will be speaking on “Reveille” and Pastor Paul Erdal will be assisting. Noisy Can Offering will be taken to help the Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen and Operation Sandwich.
