Minn. Legislature approves $200 million for health care grants

Applications will be due by midnight Wednesday, March 25.

The Minnesota Legislature approved $200 million for health care grants to support costs related to planning for, preparing for, or responding to an outbreak of COVID-19.

Fifty million dollars of that is available for Short Term Emergency Funding grants to provide cash flow relief to health care organizations to cover their highest priority needs over the next two to eight weeks.

The application form for Short Term Emergency Funding is on the COVID-19 response funding page at https://bit.ly/3dj2CUF .

Applications will be due by midnight Wednesday, March 25.

Grant applications will be reviewed beginning Thursday, March 26.
