Brainerd Police Chief Corky McQuiston said police were called at 12:11 p.m. about a driving complaint where it looked like a young person was speeding on Pine Street in Brainerd. Police located the vehicle on the 200 block of South Eighth Street and found two 12-year-old males.

McQuiston said the vehicle was stolen from a residence on the 6800 Clearwater Road in Baxter. The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office responded to the Baxter residence. The owner of the vehicle stated the keys to the vehicle were in the house and they had no idea who may have taken the vehicle.
