Tourism and hospitality businesses are invited to join the 2021 Brochure Exchange and Networking Event 8-10:30 a.m., May 18, in the Red Sands Room of Arrowwood Lodge, Baxter, at 6967 Lake Forest Road.
According to a news release, the free event is open to any tourism and hospitality business in the Brainerd lakes area. Participants will be offered breakfast prepared by Arrowwood Lodge and compliments of Visit Brainerd.
Menu includes scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola along with coffee, tea and orange juice. Much like quarterly tourism meetings, participants are encouraged to bring up to 250 brochures and/or business cards to share with cohorts. Participants will be able to do self-introductions and each guest will have an opportunity to share the great things that they are working on and expecting in the 2021 tourism year. Organizers are billing this as an opportunity for front-line staff to meet others in the business and to gain knowledge of what's happening in the area.
All are welcome. After introductions, participants will be able to view the Front Line Worker video that many tourism partners have participated in.
