Three people were charged in a fatal hit-and-run Dec. 9 in Onamia.
Gabrielle Madison Jellum, 18, of Winsted is charged with criminal vehicular homicide in the death of 20-year-old Chey Amos Garbow, according to Mille Lacs Tribal Police.
Gabriel Levi Chips, 26, of Lake Shore and Maximus Kane Peebles, 18, of Sauk Rapids were passengers in the vehicle and are charged with aiding and abetting a criminal vehicular homicide.
Garbow died after being struck by a vehicle in the early hours of Dec. 9 on Virgo Road in Mille Lacs County.
