3 hurt in Baxter crash

BAXTER--Three people were transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd Monday following a three-vehicle crash.

BAXTER-Three people were transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd Monday following a three-vehicle crash.

The Baxter Police Department reported Eileen E. Lindsey, 76, Nisswa, Dean D. Helgeson, 69, Bemidji, and Karen L. Valentine, 69, Bemidji, all were transported by ambulance following a crash at 3:18 p.m. on Highway 371 and Wise Road in Baxter.

Lindsey was driving a red Toyota, Helgeson was driving a Lexus and Valentine was Helgeson's passenger. A third driver, Bruce A. Tabor, 61, Ironton, who was driving a brown Honda was not injured.
