4 people arrested in Pierz

PIERZ--A law enforcement search for a woman with two felony warrants led to the arrests of four people Thursday, the Morrison County Sheriff's Office reported.

PIERZ-A law enforcement search for a woman with two felony warrants led to the arrests of four people Thursday, the Morrison County Sheriff's Office reported.

Deputies responded at 12:26 a.m. to a residence on the 23000 block of Wanderland Drive, just west of Pierz in Agram Township. Deputies were at the residence in an attempt to locate Tammy Field, 47, Pierz, who was wanted on two Morrison County felony warrants. Deputies made contact with multiple individuals at the residence and drugs were later located. Multiple arrests were made on scene and a search warrant for the residence was prepared and later executed.

According to the sheriff's office, John Held, 52, Little Falls, was arrested at the residence for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and a Hennepin County misdemeanor warrant.

โ€ข Kevin Schenian, 48, Pierz, was arrested for aiding an offender and obstructing legal process.

โ€ข Stefan Tucker, 42, Little Falls, was arrested for a Stearns County misdemeanor warrant.

During the execution of the search warrant, two grams of methamphetamine and marijuana were seized.

The case has been forwarded to the Morrison County Attorney's Office pending preparation of formal charges.

Sheriff Shawn Larsen states these arrests stem from a drug tip which was passed on to their office. Larsen reminds residents to continue reporting suspicious activity to include short term vehicle traffic to the sheriff's office at 320-632-9233.

Morrison County Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by the Pierz Police Department, Little Falls Police Department and the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force.
