Terrance Lee Lindmark, a 56-year-old Level 3 predatory offender, was released from custody April 3 into rural Crow Wing County.

The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office reported Lindmark now resides at a residence on the 11000 block of Bonnie Road, south of Merrifield.

There will be no public notification meeting on Lindmark because he has been a resident of Crow Wing County for many years and had been monitored by the Brainerd Police Department prior to moving to his current residence. The sheriff's office has notified residents living within the area of Lindmark's residence and given them a public information fact sheet.

A press release from the sheriff's office noted the Brainerd Police Department recently arrested Lindmark for violating his registration requirements.

Lindmark has a history of sexual contact with male and female victims ages 4-10. Contact included penetration and Lindmark used force to gain compliance. He was known to his victims.

Lindmark is described as white, is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 158 pounds with a slender build and has hazel eyes and brown hair.

The Minnesota Department of Corrections considers a Level 3 predatory offender is most likely to reoffend.
