A Baxter man was injured in a one-vehicle rollover crash Tuesday, Jan. 14, in Brainerd.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported 81-year-old Chester Leo Malek was traveling eastbound on Highway 210 near Briarwood Road at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday when his 2004 Buick Rainier left the icy, snow-covered road and came to rest against a tree.

Malek was transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Malek was wearing a seat belt, according to the state patrol.
