The Aging Mastery Program is aimed at informing, encouraging, and supporting people in taking steps to improve their lives and engaging in their community.

The program is about empowering people to make and maintain small but impactful changes. It incorporates evidence-informed materials, expert speakers, group discussion, peer support, and small rewards to build skills and tools to manage health, maintain economic security, and contribute to society. The program offers eight core sessions, each 90 minutes in length. Developed by the National Council on Aging. Classes will be Tuesdays from 6-7:30 p.m. starting Oct. 20. All meetings will be virtually utilizing Zoom. Participants must be at least 50 years old to register and the classes are free.

  • Healthy Eating and Hydration,

  • Financial Fitness,

  • Advance Planning,

  • Falls Prevention,

  • Creativity & Learning/Legacy & Purpose.

Participants will receive an Aging Mastery Playbook after registering for the event.
