Marcella Caughey delivers a birthday card to Frosty the Snowman Tuesday, Feb. 5, during a surprise birthday party at the Brainerd Public Library.
The children and parents were treated to a magic show by Robert and Lynn Halbrook before Frosty's appearance. The children were able to participate in the show and later meet the celebrity snowman.
