Two teens dead in collision near Nashwauk

NASHWAUK, Minn.— A car crash on Highway 169 at Highway 65 in Nashwauk proved fatal, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The crash occurred about 2:42 p.m. Saturday, June 8, when a Honda Accord traveling north on Highway 169 attempted a left turn on to Highway 65 North and was struck by a Chevy Cobra Camper that was traveling south.

Minnesota State Patrol will release the names of the deceased, a 13-year-old and a 16-year-old who were both passengers in the Accord, on June 9.
