WAUKENABO TOWNSHIP -- Two men were treated for non-life-threatening injuries after a crash Friday, Nov. 15, in Aitkin County.

The incident occurred 7:37 a.m. at the intersection of 510th Lane, south of Hill City.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Roger Herman Woeste, 76, St. Joseph, was traveling southbound on Highway 169 when his 2019 Ford F-150 collided with a 2002 Toyota Avalon operated by Peter Brian Fisher, 30, Champlin. Conditions on the roadway were described as dry and both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

Fisher and Woeste were transported to Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin to be treated for their injuries.

Assisting at the scene were deputies of the Aitkin County Sheriff’s Office.
