Adventure, a full-service advertising agency with Minnesota offices in Brainerd, St. Cloud and Minneapolis, recently announced the addition of Annette Kmitch, Paula Keck and Amanda Blake to its growing staff.
With experience solving problems and managing projects, Adventure will look to Kmitch to take on an agency operations role as she oversees strategy, business analysis, and continued solidification of the business foundation. Before joining the Adventure team, Kmitch worked as software product manager at Creative Memories, and as an e-business consultant at Merrill Corporation. Her career history speaks strongly of her ability to be nimble, build relationships, improve processes and communicate effectively, Adventure officials said.
Keck is joining the team as production manager. In addition to production/traffic management, she will manage the day-to-day operations of Adventure's offices. Keck has experience managing project schedules, human resources, legal and financial areas for both large and small companies. Keck most recently served as executive assistant at Creative Memories.
Joining the creative roster is Blake as copywriter. Before joining the Adventure team, she attended Minneapolis Miami Ad School before interning, and then working full-time as a copywriter for FCB Chicago on both CRM and Digital accounts. Blake is a 2010 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
Kmitch and Keck will office in Adventure's downtown St. Cloud location. Blake will split time between St. Cloud and the Twin Cities.
