A report at 8:04 a.m. Saturday of complainant reporting shoe prints in front of garage on the 31000 block of Wildwood Lane. Officers responded and learned no entry was made and no property was missing.

THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of a 9.9 Yamaha, grey, long shaft, mid '80s outboard motor from a beach side shed on the 9100 block of Hunters Lane, Pequot Lakes.

INTOXICATED - A report at 7:39 p.m. Thursday of an intoxicated female causing problems in an apartment on the 30000 block of Olson Street, Pequot Lakes.

PROWLER - A report at 12:48 p.m. Wednesday of a possible prowler traveling at a high rate of speed eastbound on Breezy Point Drive. The vehicle was located and stopped and subject indicated he locked himself out of his room and was just retrieving his personal items. His information was verified.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 8:02 p.m. Sunday of suspicious activity on the 900 block of South Eighth Street.

A report at 8:01 p.m. Sunday of suspicious activity on the 900 block of 10th Avenue Northeast.

A report at 1:26 p.m. Sunday of a subject dumping refuse on city property on Belle Rae Circle. Officer met with subject who will verify property line before further dumping.

A report at 1:03 p.m. Sunday of persons living in her residence on 2400 block of Kay Lane. Officers met with all parties and determined a discrepancy with property sale. Two buyers claimed ownership.

A report at 2:51 p.m. Saturday of males hanging around the doors of Garfield Elementary School, 1120 10th Ave. NE. Officers checked area and were unable to locate.

A report at 2:52 a.m. Saturday of a male dressed in dark clothing in the area of the 700 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate.

A report at 8:35 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on Ivy Street and North Third Street. Officer cited a man for disorderly conduct and for trespassing from Domino's Pizza.

A report at 4:56 p.m. Friday of subjects attempting to start fights and verbally harassing each other at the Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St. Officers separated parties.

A report at 1:34 p.m. Friday of a person on the side of the road with layers of clothes and several bags on Jordan Road. Officers made contact and person was out for a walk and everything was fine.

FIGHT - A report at 7:48 p.m. Sunday of two males fighting in front of the Pit Stop, 723 Laurel St. Officers located one male who admitted getting in a confrontation with an unknown male who left the area. The male took a taxi to a local hotel and no further incidents.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 5:47 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 800 block of Walnut Street of subjects having a confrontation.

A report at 4 p.m. Sunday to remove an unwanted male from a residence on the 600 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

A report at 1:53 a.m. Sunday of a subject who was unable to pay for gas and was becoming belligerent at Holiday Stationstore, 424 S. Sixth St. The man was cited for theft of services.

A report at 9:09 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 1100 block of Mill Avenue. While on the phone with complainant, she stated she no longer needed assistance.

A report at 1:59 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated subject who will not leave the complainant alone on the 2800 block of Clara Street. Subject agreed to avoid contact with complainant.

A report at 4:13 p.m. Friday of a female and two unknown males having a verbal disturbance on the 900 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

MISSING - A report at 4:55 p.m. Sunday of a juvenile female who was missing. Officers located juvenile at a neighboring house and was returned home.

A report at 6:15 p.m. Saturday of a subject who ran away from Port Group Home for Girls, 115 N. FIrst St. Officers were unable to locate.

ARRESTS - A 22-year-old man was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Sunday for carrying a pistol without a permit during a traffic stop on the 500 block of Washington Street.

A 20-year-old man was arrested at 9:43 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a report of an assault on the 700 block of South Seventh Street. The male suspect left on foot.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 7:15 p.m. Saturday for probable cause restraining order violation and for consuming alcohol in public following a report of an intoxicated person at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Saturday for second-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on South Sixth Street and Washington Street.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 12:27 a.m. Saturday for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Washington Street and Gillis Avenue.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Friday following a report of a harassment restraining order violation on the 400 block of Tyrol Hills.

A 16-year-old male was arrested at 7:44 p.m. Friday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at the Port Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St.

THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of solar lights on the 500 block of Southeast 18th Street.

A report Friday of a theft of a vehicle on the 200 block of East River Road.

PROWLER - A report at 10:51 p.m. Friday of a possible prowler in the area of the 500 block of Kingwood Street. Officers located two males, who were asked to leave the area.

BEAR - A report at 11:03 p.m. Friday of a black bear sitting in the front yard next to a parked vehicle on the 700 block of Bluff Avenue. The bear had walked away after tipping the recycle container over prior to officers' arrival. Officers checked area but were unable to locate.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:57 p.m. Saturday of a male at dinner who was outside watching kids in the play area at Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, 6967 Lake Forest Drive. When subject was approached by a mother the male ran toward the Toyota dealership and then across Highway 371.

A report at 9:40 p.m. Sunday of employees observing a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at Kohls, 7565 Excelsior Road. Officers checked area and vehicle was gone.

A report at 10:11 a.m. Sunday of a subject loading wood into a pickup on the 13000 block of Dogwood Drive. Subject said he had permission, but could not provide a name. Subject left and officer to follow up.

A report at 1:06 a.m. Sunday of a vehicle parked next to the outdoor seating area at Starbucks on Woida Road and Edgewood Drive with its lights on. Driver stated he was using the shop's Wi-Fi.

A report at 12:51 a.m. Sunday of a subject near Kohls after hours. Officer spoke with subject who said he was walking to northeast Brainerd and everything was OK.

A report at 9:21 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive.

A report at 8:43 p.m. Friday of a subject loading pallets into a vehicle at Napa Auto Parts, 14751 Edgewood Drive. Subject was advised to get permission from business before taking pallets.

ARREST - A 19-year-old man was arrested at 3:09 p.m. Sunday for shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

FIGHT - A report at 3:35 a.m. Sunday of a physical fight at Arrowwood Lodge. Parties involved were part of the same event/club. Subjects were advised to return to their rooms.

DOMESTIC - A report at 11:58 a.m. Saturday of an argument between two subjects on the 13000 block of Memorywood Drive. Subject collected her property and left with friends.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 2:58 a.m. Saturday of a subject coming home intoxicated and causing a disturbance on the 6700 block of Woida Road. Complainant and her two daughters were transported to a family members home.

ASSIST - A report at 10:21 p.m. Friday of a subject locked in Mills Fleet Farm after closing.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 7:37, p.m. April 4, of subjects smoking marijuana in hotel room at at the casino. Officers arrived and determined that smoke was not marijuana.

A report at 5:14 a.m., April 4, of an unknown male in the yard with a stick pounding on door on the 16000 block of Ojibwe Drive. Officers responded and were unable to locate anyone.

ARRESTS - A 27-year-old man was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI following a property damage crash on the 21000 block of tall Timbers Road. The driver left the roadway and collided with a tree.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday for giving a peace officer a false name and birthdate following a report of a suspicious person/vehicle on the 34000 block of Highway 371, Jenkins.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 7:25 p.m. Friday of a person who was stopped and warned for not using the crosswalk on Highway 371 and County Highway 77.

FRAUD - A report Friday of a scam of caller saying they are with the IRS.

INTOXICATED - A report at 6:51p.m. Thursday of a possible intoxicated female at Nisswa Motel, 5370 Merril Ave., who she said had a room reserved. The hotel had no record of her reserving room.
