JUVENILE - A report at 2:44 p.m. Monday of a student having an inappropriate conversation with a staff member at the Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.

A report at 12:58 p.m. Monday of a female who ran out the fire door at Port Group Home for Girls, 115 N. First St. The subject returned to the facility prior to the officer's arrival.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday of a loud noise that shook complainant's residence on the 100 block of Kelly Rae Road. A shelf in the shower fell and caused the noise and everything was OK.

A report at 9:23 p.m. Monday of a driver in a black Toyota driving slowly on the 900 block of Oak Street several times. Officers were unable to locate.

ASSAULT - A report at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday of complainant being assaulted by an unknown person while getting a soft drink at an apartment on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street.

ARRESTS - A 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were arrested at 2:39 p.m. Monday for felony theft at Herberger's, 14136 Baxter Drive.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Monday for shoplifting, obstructing the legal process and fleeing on foot from Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at 8:12 p.m. Friday for domestic assault by strangulation, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct on the 300 block of B Street.

A 35-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested at 5:44 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and probation violations following a report of a domestic on the 900 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. The man also was arrested for a small amount of marijuana.

Three people were arrested at 1:56 a.m. Friday following a report of a suspicious vehicle at the Lincoln Education Center, 424 S. Sixth St. A 29-year-old woman was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle and a felony warrant. A 32-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and a 33-year-old man was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana.

INTOXICATED - A report at 8:22 a.m. Monday of a possible intoxicated subject on the 300 block of South Sixth Street. Officer transported subject to hospital.

A report at 7:53 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male on Hart Road. Male was transported to detox.

A report at 1:25 a.m. Saturday of two intoxicated males walking on the road being loud on I Street and Second Avenue Northeast. Officer was unable to locate subjects.

A report at 10:22 a.m. Friday of an intoxicated 18-year-old student at Central Lakes College, 501 W College Drive. The female was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and transported back to her residence.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of money at the VFW, 309 S. Sixth St.

A report Saturday of a theft of items from a residence on the 200 block of Gillis Avenue.

A report Friday of a theft on the 800 block of Walnut Street.

WELFARE CHECK - A report at 2:02 p.m. Saturday of a male walking in traffic on the 2000 block of Oak Street. Officer located male walking on sidewalk several blocks away. He was advised of complaint and sent on his way.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 7:48 p.m. Monday of a verbal dispute between a mother and brother on the 1600 block of Mill Avenue. Subjects had calmed down and they agreed to keep their distance from each other.

A report at 4:55 p.m. Monday of wanting assistance in removing a resident from a facility. Officer met with parties and they agreed to leave peacefully.

A report at 3:50 p.m. Monday of a disturbance on the 800 block of Rosewood Street. Officers learned it was a verbal argument and they agreed to stay away from each other while one packs up their belongings.

A report at 8:29 p.m. Friday of complainant requesting the removal of a female from the 200 block of Gillis Avenue. Subject agreed to leave for the night. No offense reported.

A report at 7:43 p.m. Friday of subjects arguing on Laurel Street and South Second Street. Subjects agreed to continue on without causing a disturbance.

A report at 4:23 p.m. Friday of a group of about 40 young kids smoking behind The Shop, 723 Washington St. All were gone prior to officers' arrival. Contact was made with one known subject a few blocks away and he was advised to stay away from The Shop.

A report at 1:47 p.m. Friday of two males who were in front of Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE, using foul language. The manager asked them to leave and they did.

Baxter Police

DRUG - A report at 4:44 p.m. Monday of people in a small blue car possibly passing some type of pipe on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive. Officers were unable to locate.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 8:40 p.m. Monday of two students fighting at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive.

A report at 9:23 a.m. Monday of a disturbance of two students fighting at Forestview.

Crow Wing sheriff

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:35 p.m. Monday of a suspicious person on Highway 18 and Five Mile Road.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft at SuperAmerica in Garrison.

A report Monday of a theft on Crow Wing County Road 2, Brainerd.

The Speedstop on Highway 371 in Pequot Lakes reported a theft Monday.

Breezy Point Police

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:54 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle driving through the school drop off zone on the 6500 block of Crow Wing County Road 11. Officers located vehicle and the driver said he was having mechanical problems.

Crosby Police

BURGLARY - A report at 1:30 a.m. Saturday of a possible burglary of a dwelling on Second Street Northwest. Officers responded and learned someone had pounded on the resident's front door and possibly damaged the door. Officers checked the residence and garage but were unable to locate anyone at that time. Then at 3 a.m., Crow Wing County dispatched officers to Irene Avenue, Ironton on a report of a suspicious person in a yard who was wearing only a pair of shorts. Officers checked the area and located several clothing items, a wallet and other items on the ground. A short time later, officers found an adult intoxicated male in a nearby wooded area, wearing only a pair of shorts. Ambulance was requested to the scene due to some injuries the male had sustained. After the male was checked by medical personnel, officers transported him to his residence, which was close by the previous call.

A report Saturday of a garage on Third Street Northeast that was broken into.

INTOXICATED - A report Sunday of an adult male passed out on a sidewalk on Oak Street. Officers found the male and transported him to the hospital.

SUSPICIOUS - A report Saturday of suspicious activity on First Street Northwest.

A report Thursday of a suspicious male carrying a 2- inch by 4- inch board with a nail in it on the 400 block of Fourth Street Northeast. Officers were unable to locate.

A report April 13 of a suspicious person at a residence on Third Street Northeast involving an individual known to them who may be causing problems in the near future.

GRASS FIRE - A report Thursday of a grass fire west of Lakewood Cemetery off Crow Wing County Road 28. Crosby firefighters responded.

DISTURBANCE - A report Friday of a disturbance involving two juveniles on Sixth Avenue Northeast.

A report April 13 of a domestic disturbance at a residence on West Main Street between two individuals.

A report April 13 of a male causing a disturbance at a business on East Main Street.

A report April 13 of a disturbance at a building on East Main Street.

JUVENILE - A report Saturday of some young kids playing in the alleyway without any adult supervision on the 200 block of West Main Street. Officers located kids and their parents and advised them on the dangers of vehicle traffic and leaving kids unattended for any amount of time.

A report April 13 of a truck full of juveniles driving carelessly on Third Avenue Northwest. Officer responded and checked area, but was unable to locate the described vehicle.

THEFT - A report April 14 of a possible theft of items from a business on East Main Street.
