HAZARD - A report at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday of a female with a grey sweatshirt on who was walking in the middle of the road on Highway 371 and 210. Officers located female walking on center median and advised her to follow laws and walk on shoulder.
DRIVING COMPLAINT - A report at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday of a male and female arguing in a vehicle on Woida Road and Edgewood Drive. Officers stopped vehicle and spoke with subjects who stated their argument was verbal and everything was fine.
THEFT - A report Wednesday of a theft of a trailer behind the 8200 block of Industrial Park Road.
A report Wednesday of a refund fraud at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road.

ARRESTS - A 37-year-old woman was arrested for theft at a store at 14114 Dellwood Drive.
A 37-year-old man was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday following a report of a disturbance on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.

ASSAULT - A report at 3 a.m. Thursday of an assault on the 200 block of North Fifth Street.
ARRESTS - A 48-year-old man was arrested at 2:46 a.m. Thursday for felony domestic assault following a report of a domestic on the 600 block of Laurel Street.
A 27-year-old man was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Thursday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on South Fifth Street and Pine Street.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at 8:32 p.m. Wednesday for violating an order for protection following a report of suspicious activity on the 600 block of Third Avenue Northeast.

A 15-year-old female was arrested at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday following a report of a juvenile female who was assaulted by another resident at Port Group Home for Girls, 115 N. First Street.
A 50-year-old woman was arrested at 6:38 a.m. Wednesday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a report of an assault at Four WInds Treatment Center, 11600 State Ave. Building 22.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of an assault on the 700 block of Second Avenue Northeast.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 3:22 p.m. Wednesday on a Wadena County warrant following a report of a disturbance on the 700 block of 28th Street Southeast.
INTOXICATED - A report at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday of two intoxicated females at a church, 418 Eighth Ave. NE. Subjects were walkaways from Four Winds Treatment Center. Subjects were located and returned without incident.
A report at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday of two intoxicated adults asking people for money on the 500 block of C Street. They were not causing any problems, just wanted them to leave. Subjects left in an unknown vehicle prior to officers arrival.
FRAUD - A report Wednesday from the Eagles manager, 124 Front St., of receiving $20 counterfeit bills.
THEFT - A report Wednesday of a theft on the 300 block of Highway 25.

A report Wednesday of a female and kids taking stuff out of the Epilepsy Foundation pile on the 600 block of Bluff Avenue. Officer was unable to locate.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 12:02 a.m. Wednesday of a suspicious vehicle on Nokay Lake Road, Brainerd.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 6:16 p.m. Wednesday of seeing a Chevy Celebrity with a partial plate at the end of a driveway on the 23000 block of 95th Avenue, Randall. Caller said it looked like someone was "shooting up." Deputies were unable to locate.

FIRE - A report at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday of someone burning behind complainant's residence on Rolling Oaks Lane, Motley. The caller didn't think it was big enough for the fire department, but knew there was a ban and she was concerned.
A report at 3:34 p.m. Monday of a fire at the landfill on 180th Street in Little Falls. The fire was in the swamp and getting big. Little Falls fire and the DNR were called.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday of a male out of control at Harding Place, 24448 296th Ave., Pierz.
ASSAULT - A report at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday of an assault on the 18000 block of 233rd Street, Little Falls.
