Brainerd police

ARRESTS - A 27-year-old woman was arrested at 9:04 p.m. Tuesday for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance at the Minnesota Specialty Health System.

A 44-year-old was arrested at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday for financial credit card fraud, possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needle following a report of a theft of wallet and credit cards on the 1000 block of H Street.

A 28-year-old man was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday for second-degree assault, gross misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a 911 line open with yelling on the 2600 block of Oak Street.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday for fifth-degree assault at the Minnesota Specialty Health System. The woman requested that she be arrested.

ASSAULT - A report Tuesday of complainant being sexually assaulted.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday of a disturbance on the 600 block of Kingwood Street. Officers learned it was a verbal argument and parties agreed to call it a night.

Baxter police

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:19 p.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle driving in a neighborhood on the 4400 block of Deerwood Road. Officers were unable to locate.

ARRESTS - An 18-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman were arrested at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday following a report of two shoplifters at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road.

A 53-year-old man was at 11 a.m. Tuesday of theft at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

BURGLARY - A report at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary on the 5300 block of Marohn Road.

THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft from a vehicle on the 6900 block of Lake Forest Road.

Crow Wing sheriff

FIRE - A report at 9:44 p.m. Tuesday of flames behind a garage on the 14000 block of Crow Wing County Road 25, Brainerd. Deputy checked the area and no fire was located.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 9 a.m. Tuesday of a new vehicle sitting at the pumps at Holiday Stationstore, 27390 Highway 18, Garrison, with people sleeping inside. Caller tried to wake them up two to three times.

Nisswa police

DISTURBANCE - A report at 6:11 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance between a child and his parents in the parking lot at the Holiday Stationstore, 4917 County Highway 77. Subjects left in vehicle prior to officer's arrival and was stopped in Pequot Lakes. All parties were spoken to.

THEFT - A report Friday of a suspect bringing a $50 sweatshirt into the dressing room and then leaving the store with it on at Appaloossa Ridge Home, 25446 Main St. Officers were unable to locate.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11 p.m., March 31, of a suspicious male sitting in the parking lot on the 23000 block of Smiley Road. Officers arrested a 42-year-old man for violating his probation.

INTOXICATED - A report at 6:19 p.m., March 31, of an intoxicated male who entered the school and then left on foot on Lakers Lane.

Pequot Lakes police

ARRESTS - A driver was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI on Highway 371 and 12th Avenue Southwest Jenkins.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 7:39 p.m., April 1, of a suspicious person on South Heath Street.

A report at 5:52 p.m., March 31, of people trying to break into the stair railing going down to the dock on Sibley Lake on Pequot Boulevard. There was no damage to the railing. Boys found near the shoreline were instructed to go home. Officer spoke with parents over the phone.
