SUSPICIOUS - A report late Friday night of a suspicious vehicle parked on Serpent Lake with its parking lights illuminated for a long period of time. Officer made contact with owner to find him "jigging" out of his car. It was unknown how many fish were caught using this technique.
A report Friday on West Main Street of a juvenile male who was pointing what appeared to be a handgun at passing vehicles. Officers located the juvenile near Second Avenue Northwest and West Main Street with a plastic gun that looked real. Officer advised juvenile of the complaint and made contact with the parents.
A report Thursday of suspicious activity on the 900 block of Oak Street involving a vehicle.
JUVENILE - A report Saturday of four juvenile males throwing rocks at street lights in the area of Third Avenue. Officer located the juveniles who said they were having a snowball fight and were not trying to hit the lights. No damage was noted at the time. Officer advised the kids and parents of the incident.

A report Feb. 4 of a disturbance on Poplar Street involving a juvenile male. Officers spoke with the juvenile male and several others and the juvenile was advised.
A report Feb. 2 of a domestic disturbance on Poplar Street. Officer made contact with two individuals along with the reporting party and received details.
FIRE - A report Friday of a carbon monoxide detector alarm going off at a residence on First Street Northeast. It was determined the detector was old and needed to be replaced.
TAMPERING - A report Feb. 4 of a possible tampering of U.S. mail at a residence on Third Avenue Northeast.
THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft from a vehicle parked on Eighth Street Northeast.

A report at 12:46 p.m. Monday of a disturbance on the 500 block of West College Drive.
A report at 10:03 a.m. Monday of a disturbance at the Lincoln Education Center, 604 S. Sixth St. Fifty minutes later there was another disturbance report at the school.

ARRESTS - A 24-year-old woman was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Tuesday for interfering with a 911 call following a report of a female who was out of control on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 10:36 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle parked at Kiwanis Park, 1101 East River Road, after hours. Driver was identified and told to return during open park house.
INTOXICATED - a report at 7:44 p.m. Monday of an intoxicated male at McDonalds, 505 NE Washington St. Subject was transferred to jail while he waited to be transported to the St. Cloud detox.
A report at 7:04 p.m. Monday of an intoxicated male on Southeast 13th Street and Laurel Street. The man was transported to the hospital.
THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a heavy duty wagon from a backyard taken sometime last week on the 1800 block of Oak Street.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 9:58 p.m. Monday of a dispute with a boyfriend on the 4800 block of Cedar Scenic Road.
A report at 6:08 p.m. Monday of a subject acting out of character and upset on Maplewood Drive.

THEFT - A report Monday of a small yellow leather coin purse is missing or stolen at Target, 14546 Dellwood Drive.
Nisswa police
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 9:41 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle parked behind Magnuson Hotels and Suites, 24186 Smiley Road. Driver was contacted and paraphernalia was removed from the vehicle. Driver was warned for the paraphernalia and warned to stay quiet and not cause problems while at the hotel.
Assisted Crow Wing County at 8:54 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 8800 block of Crow Wing County Road 127, Brainerd. Someone was placing logs on the roadway. Complainant said subject had removed the logs but she found them back in the middle of the roadway when she turned around and came back. Officers were unable to locate anyone on foot.
A report at 8:45 a.m. Thursday of the night cleaning person observing suspicious activity in the area of Lower Roy Lake Road and the Golf Villa Circle. Complainant said people have been walking from the Golf Villas to a residence on Lower Roy Lake Road several times over the last couple of weeks.
A report at 9:27 p.m. Feb. 3 of when complainant came home he noticed one set of footprints walking away from his house up the driveway toward Lower Roy Lake Road. No entry was made to the house. The complainant's wife returned home 10 minutes after he did and reported seeing a dark clothed individual walking down Lower Roy Lake Road on the west side near the tree line. When officers arrived, fresh snow had already obscured the tracks.
ALARM - A fire alarm was reported at 2:41 p.m. Friday at the Magnuson Hotels and Suites. Nisswa fire had been to the hotel earlier that morning and the company was working on the sprinkler system. Upon officers arrival, it was a false alarm.

NOISE - A report at 4:21 a.m. Monday of neighbors being loud and a vehicle may have struck a mailbox on the 30000 block of North Spruce Drive. Officers arrived and subject was advised of complaint and the mailbox was already fixed.
ARRESTS - A 21-year-old man was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Thursday on a felony probation violation following a traffic stop on Upper Cullen Road and Sunset Valley Road, Pequot Lakes.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at 11:13 p.m. Feb. 3 for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on County Road 4 and Canary Lane.
ASSIST - Assisted Crosslake police at 9:43 p.m. Feb. 2 with a verbal domestic on County Road 16, Crosslake.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 2:14 p.m. Feb. 2 of a disturbance on the 29000 block of Pawnee Circle.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:55 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious vehicle driving at a high rate of speed and then parked behind a residence on the 1500 block of Eighth Street Northeast. Officers located the vehicle, but not the driver.

A report at 2:51 a.m. Feb. 3 of a suspicious vehicle in the Burger King parking lot, 201 Second Ave. NE. The occupant of the vehicle was trying to decide if they should show up to work or not as they were told to take some time off.
THEFT - A report Friday of a theft from a vehicle on the 1000 block of Fourth Street Northeast.
DISPUTE - A 33-year-old man was cited following a dispute reported at 11:02 p.m. Feb. 2 on the 500 block of Sixth Street Northeast.
WELFARE CHECK - A report at 10:36 a.m. Feb. 2 of a welfare check on a residence as the children did not show up for school. Police talked to the mother who stated she overslept and did not get the kids up on time.
