FIRE - A report at 5:05 a.m. Friday of a fire alarm at Diamond Willow Assisted Living, 1405 Fifth Ave. NE. Officers arrived and learned food was burned and everything was OK.
THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of money on the 1200 block of Eighth Street Northeast. The suspect was the complainant's home health aid and he gave her money to get him some money orders. When he confronted her she admitted using the money for groceries. She agreed to pay back the money.
A report Friday of a theft on the 100 block of Seventh Street Northwest.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:33 a.m. Friday of a subject walking into a business harassing employees. Officer located subject at Dominos and told him he could not loiter at businesses. The subject was very belligerent and incoherent but eventually left without incident.

ARRESTS - A 53-year-old man was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on Highland Scenic Road and Highway 371.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Sunday for DWI during a traffic stop on Highway 210 and Baxter Drive.
THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of electronics at Kohl's, 7565 Excelsior Road.
INFORMATION - A report at 5:55 p.m. Sunday of a subject presenting a check to a delivery driver, which was $20 extra and was upset because he could not get change. Subject called into business and was irate.
ASSIST - Assisted Brainerd police at 12:06 a.m. Sunday with attempting to locate a robbery suspect on the 2300 block of Hillcrest Drive.
FIGHT - A report at 8:04 p.m. Saturday of two vehicles on the shoulder on Highway 371 and Clearwater Road and people were fighting. Officers were unable to locate.
MAILBOX DAMAGE - Several reports Saturday of mailboxes damaged by vehicles on Red Pine Circle and Eagle Ridge Drive. Report also of a suspicious vehicle driving through yards in neighborhood on Eagle Ridge Drive.

DOMESTIC - A report at 4:02 p.m. Friday of a domestic between a brother and sister on the 13000 block of Memorywood Drive. Subject went to grandparents for the night.
THREAT - A report at 1:42 p.m. Friday of a student making threatening comments to another student at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive.
A report at 11:03 a.m. Friday of a student argument that resulted with threatening comments at Forestview.
