THREATS - A report at 6:25 p.m. Saturday of a report that subject had threatened to kill her and her family when she went to subject's residence to retrieve property. She said he also threatened to kill law enforcement if they came to the house. Officers spoke with subject who was cooperative and denied the allegations.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - A 27-year-old man was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Tuesday on Cypress Drive and College Road in Baxter for second-degree driving under the influence (DUI), test refusal and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and on foot.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Sunday for four county warrants during a traffic stop on the 300 block of South Seventh Street.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 3:12 p.m. Sunday for violating the conditions of his release following a report of a disturbance on the 300 block of First Avenue Northeast.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Saturday for tampering with a vehicle following a report of a suspect entering complainant's vehicle on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 14-year-old male was arrested at 3:42 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance at Port Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St.

A 19-year-old man was arrested at 10:04 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault by strangulation following a report of a physical domestic on the 900 block of N Street.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 6:47 a.m. Monday of a loud disturbance in an apartment unit on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A report at 6:17 a.m. Sunday of a verbal disagreement on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Complainant was unsure which apartment it was coming from. Upon arrival, all was quiet and subjects could not be located.

FIGHT - A report at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday of a fight inside Pit Stop bar, 723 Laurel St. Officers found it to be a minor disturbance that had ended on its own. Subjects separated.

ASSIST - A report at 9:06 p.m. Sunday to assist Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 Third St. N, with a patient who was becoming agitated. Officers stood by until the patient calmed down.

INTOXICATED - A report at 6:07 p.m. Sunday of a possible intoxicated male in the Holiday Stationstore, 424 S. Sixth St., making lewd comments. Subject was gone prior to officers arrival.

A report at 12:28 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male asleep in the restroom at the Holiday Stationstore, 424 S. Sixth St. Male was transported to detox.

LOST - A report Sunday of complainant losing her purse somewhere in Brainerd.

PARTY - A report at 12:22 a.m. Sunday of a loud party on the 700 block of Southwest Fourth Street. Four people were cited for underage consumption and two men were cited for social host violation.

THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft on the 300 block of James Street.

A report at 11:07 p.m. Sunday of a noise complaint on the 400 block of College Drive. Officers found several individuals underage drinking alcohol. Several were cited for underage consumption and a person received a social host violation warning.

A report Friday of a theft from a gym locker at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth Street.

A report Saturday of a theft of $100 taken from a vehicle on the 2800 block of Addison Avenue.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:17 p.m. Friday of three subjects going through mailboxes on the 1600 block of South Seventh Street. Officers tracked the subjects to a nearby residence and two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old were cited for theft and given curfew warnings.

A report at 9:10 p.m. Friday of a loud boom sound on the 600 block of Kingwood Street. Officers spoke with subject and learned it was a car door slamming.

ASSAULT - A report at 11:12 p.m. Friday of an assault on the 100 block of Laurel Street.

INFORMATION - A report at 3:54 p.m. Friday of someone possibly spitting or throwing items at unknown persons walking on Oak Street and 12th Street. Officers were unable to locate.

Baxter police

ASSIST - Assisted Brainerd police at 1:07 a.m. Monday with a fleeing suspect on Cypress Drive and College Road.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:16 a.m. Sunday of a male digging in the garbage bin on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive. Male was given a ride home due to the cold weather.

THEFT - A report Saturday of items missing when subject moved out of an apartment on the 7900 block of Greenwood Road.

INTOXICATED - A report at 4:12 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male who possibly left in a vehicle on the 7300 block of Woida Road.

CRASH - A report at 12:17 p.m. Friday of a two-vehicle crash in the parking lot at Costco, 13696 Elder Drive. Vehicle one was exiting parking lot turning south on Elder Drive. Vehicle two was traveling east across Elder Drive and the vehicles collided. The driver of vehicle two reported back and neck pain, but refused medical help.

Mille Lacs Tribal police

DRUGS - Officers arrested several people at 1:32 a.m. Feb. 9 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs, 777 Grand Ave, who were charged in Mille Lacs County District Court. A 45-year-old woman was charged with unlawfully possessing or selling pharmacy-legend drugs; a 46-year-old man charged with third- and fifth-degree drug possession; a 25-year-old woman charged with fifth-degree drug possession; and a 30-year-old woman charged with fifth-degree drug possession.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 12:16 a.m. Feb. 15 of suspicious activity on Virgo Road. Officers located subject who said they pulled over to reply to a text message.

A report at 9:24 a.m. Feb. 13 of suspicious activity on the 43000 block of Oodena Drive.

A report at 10:41 p.m. Feb. 12 of complainant hearing a noise on the deck in Hinckley. Officers checked area and found no fresh tracks of any signs of anyone in back yard.

A report at 11:33 p.m. Feb. 9 of suspicious activity on the 43000 block of Highway 169. Officer checked area and was unable to locate anyone.

ASSAULT - A report at 12:08 a.m. Feb. 15 of an assault taking place on the 45000 block of Waiingan Drive.

A report at 5:06 a.m. Feb. 12 of an assault on the 43000 block of Henry Davis Drive. Officer checked area and were unable to locate suspect. Victim refused statements.

A report at 3:17 a.m. Feb. 9 of an assault on the 17000 block of Ogidaki Court. Officers were unable to locate suspect.

THEFT - A report Feb. 15 of a theft of $200 from the ATM at the casino.

A report Feb. 9 of a theft of $100 from kiosk at casino.

A report Feb. 9 of a theft of a purse at the casino.

A report Feb. 9 of a theft of outside surveillance cameras at Mille Lacs Band Housing, 17647 Ookwemin Loop.

ROBBERY - A report at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 14 of a possible robbery where weapons were involved on the 17000 block of Ookwemin Loop.

UNWANTED - Several reports of unwanted subjects at the casino. Officers responded to escort the subjects out of building.

ARRESTS - A 19-year-old woman was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 14 at the casino and later charged with two counts of domestic assault and possession of hypodermic syringes/needles.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested at 3:33 a.m. Feb. 12 for a probation violation following a report of a disturbance on the 44000 block of Zhingwaak Court.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 5:24 p.m. Feb. 13 of a disturbance on the 45000 block of Waawaashkeshi Court.

A report at 1:08 a.m. Feb. 13 of an issue over a payment for working on a car in Hinckley. All was settled before officers arrived.

A report at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 12 of a disturbance on the 17000 block of Ookwemin Loop.

SMELL - A report at 3:40 p.m. Feb. 13 of a chemical smell on the 16000 block of Ataage Drive. Garrison Fire responded, investigated and cleared the scene.

DOMESTIC - A report at 8:36 p.m. Feb. 12 of a domestic on the 16000 block of Ojibwe Drive. Officers were cancelled prior to arrival as subjects worked things out.
