Crosby police: ASSIST - Officers assisted two Minnesota State Patrol officers Friday in arresting two individuals at the Crosby Police Department. A 26-year-old woman was arrested for a warrant and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for giving false information to police and obstructing the legal process with force. Police had to Taser the 23-year-old in order to gain control of him to get him into handcuffs.

ASSIST - Officers assisted two Minnesota State Patrol officers Friday in arresting two individuals at the Crosby Police Department. A 26-year-old woman was arrested for a warrant and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for giving false information to police and obstructing the legal process with force. DISTURBANCE - A report Saturday of a domestic disturbance at a residence on West Main Street. Officers made contact and learned it was a verbal argument and subjects were advised.

A report Feb. 18 of a disturbance at a residence on Third Street Northwest.

A report Feb. 18 of a disturbance involving a juvenile male on Sixth Avenue Northeast.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 12:45 a.m., Feb. 16, of a suspicious person at a business on West Main Street. Officers responded and identified an adult male, who was transported to a residence on Crow Wing County Road 28.

CRASH - A report Feb. 16 of a snowmobile rollover on Fourth Street Northwest and First Avenue. The operator was OK and not injured. The operator said the snowmobile did not rollover, just tipped on its side. Ambulance was canceled.

THEFT - A theft was reported Feb. 19 from a business on First Avenue Northwest.

Brainerd police

SHOOTING - A report at 12:42 p.m. Monday of complainant possibly hearing gunshots in the area of the 400 block of North Eighth Street. Officers checked area and found nothing.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 4:11 a.m. Tuesday of complainant hearing a loud noise and when she went downstairs the front door was wide open on the 800 block of South 10th Street. Officers searched the area but found nothing suspicious.

A report at 6:59 p.m. Monday of a suspicious person on the 400 block of East River Road. Person was transported to detox.

ARRESTS - A 21-year-old man was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant following a traffic stop on Washington Street and Highway 25.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 11:01 p.m. Monday of subjects arguing on the 1200 block of Pine Street. Subjects were told to avoid contact with each other until they calmed down and to call back if the situation escalated.

A report at 8:46 a.m. Monday of assisting the animal control officer with an uncooperative subject.

A report at 7:52 a.m. Monday of a juvenile female causing a disturbance on North First Street.

A report at 6:47 a.m. Monday of a loud disturbance on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Officer heard shouting from inside an apartment. Occupants were having a verbal argument and agreed to quiet down.

DOMESTIC - A report at 8:46 p.m. Monday of a male and female arguing on the 700 block of South Eighth Street. Male subject left prior to officer's arrival.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of two laptops on the 800 block of 12th Avenue Northeast.

A report Monday of identity theft from 2005.

ARRESTS - A 24-year-old man was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Monday for warrants and driving after suspension following a traffic stop on Highways 371 and 210. A juvenile was arrested for warrants also.

WELFARE CHECK - A report at 3:50 p.m. Monday of complainant observing a female passenger hitting a male driver on Highway 210 and Inglewood Drive. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate. Officer spoke with a registered owner who would speak to her daughter who has the vehicle and would call police if needed.

ASSIST - Assisted Pequot Lakes police at 10:35 p.m. Monday with a burglary on the 34000 block of Highway 371, Jenkins.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 7:36 p.m. Monday of suspicious activity on the 23000 block of Serpent Road, Deerwood.

A report at 1:14 a.m. Monday of suspicious activity on the 19000 block of 273rd Street, Fort Ripley.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 12:53 p.m. Monday of a disturbance on the 12000 block of Three Mile Road, Brainerd.

DOMESTIC - A report at 3:52 a.m. Monday of a domestic on the 24000 block of Crow Wing County Road 111, Aikin.

A report at 5:58 p.m. Friday of a juvenile and parents fighting on the 13000 block of Sorensen Lake Road, Merrifield. They were able to work it out.

BURGLARIES - A report at 5:57 p.m. Sunday of possible burglaries to fish houses in Merrifield. Deputies checked and no items were taken.

A report at 4:17 p.m. Saturday of a fish house broken into on Mitchell Lake.

A report at 1:28 p.m. Friday of a break in on the 16000 block of Birch Lane, Brainerd.

DRIVING COMPLAINT - A report at 2:28 p.m. Sunday of a gold mini-van driving on its rim on Highway 371 and Soder Road, Brainerd.

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft on the 27000 block of Highway 18, Garrison.

GAS LEAK - A report at 1:09 a.m. Sunday of complainant's house smelling like gas and black smoke coming from the chimney on the 21000 block of Crimson Lane, Brainerd. Nisswa fire responded.

FIGHT - A report at 7:01 p.m. Saturday of a fight on the 27000 block of Highway 18, Garrison. All parties were sent on their way.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:44 a.m. Saturday of suspicious activity on the 11000 block of Hamilton Circle, Pequot Lakes.

A report at 4:07 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on the 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 23, Brainerd.

A report at 7:45 a.m. Friday of a dark blue sports utility vehicle with a smashed front end near Iverson Road, Ironton.

PROWLER - A report at 12:09 a.m. Friday of a prowler on the 6600 block of Estate circle Drive, Brainerd.

Breezy Point police

ARRESTS - A 51-year-old man was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Sunday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a physical domestic on the 8700 block of Center Drive.

Two 25-year-old men were arrested at 11:54 p.m., Feb. 18, for disorderly conduct following a report of a fight at Dockside Lounge, 9269 Breezy Point Drive.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 2:52 p.m., Feb. 18, of a former employee's husband was creating a disturbance at Little People Learning Center, 31099 Edgewater Farm Drive. The complainant advised the husband not to return or law enforcement would be called to remove him.

THEFT - A report Feb. 17 of complainant sending two birthday cards containing money to a subject. The subject indicated he had sent a letter containing two $100 gift cards, which the complainant had not received.

INJURY - A report Feb. 16 of a female with a hand injury from an unintentional bite from her dog on the 28000 block of Craig Road, Pequot Lakes. Female refused transport.

Pequot Lakes police

ASSIST - A report at 11:07 p.m. Sunday to assist Pine River police with a foot pursuit following a report of a disturbance on Snell Avenue, Pine River.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 9:45 p.m. Saturday of a vehicle in the driveway of an unoccupied residence on Old Highway 371, Jenkins. Officers checked the residence and the homeowner was visiting for a week.

A report at 5:44 p.m. Friday of a suspicious person on Highway 371.

INTOXICATED - A report at 6:55 p.m. Saturday of a male very intoxicated on Government Drive. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate.

DOMESTIC - A report at 9:13 p.m. of a male and female fighting on First Street inside a vehicle. Vehicle took off and officers were unable to locate.
