Crosby police: DISTURBANCE - A report Saturday of a disturbance at the Pennington access involving a male who was observed throwing rocks at a vehicle. Officers responded and located a male nearby who explained he had just purchased the truck and it quit on him, so he decided to beat it up. He threw rocks at it, subsequently breaking out some windows. Since that clearly was ineffective, officers advised him to have the truck towed out of the park and to be nicer to it in the future.
