Little Falls police

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 7:34 p.m. Nov. 17 of a suspicious person on the 1100 block of Second Avenue Northeast. Caller said subject was dressed in black, crouched down under the front window and appeared to be hiding his face. Officers made contact and learned subject was waiting for a ride. Police asked him to sit in an area and a fashion that wouldn't alarm the public.

Report at 9:29 p.m. Nov. 17 of suspicious activity where the caller came home to find her door lock wouldn't operate properly on the 600 block of Lindbergh Drive. Officers were unable to observe any signs of tampering or damage.

Report at 3:47 p.m. Nov. 13 of two males urinating in the parking lot behind the Red Bull Bar, 118 First St. SE. Police made contact and they admitted it and they were warned not to do it again or they would be charged.

Report at 2:28 p.m. Nov. 13 of a smell of marijuana smoke in the hallway of an apartment on the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast.
THEFT - Caller reported Thursday that she found out someone had entered a home while she was at a friend's house about a month ago on the 1400 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.

An employee from Hardware Hank came to the police station Nov. 16 to report a theft of a rental property.

DOMESTIC - Report at 7:33 a.m. Nov. 18 of a domestic on the 100 block of Sixth Street Northwest.

Report at 2:59 a.m. Nov. 16 of an open 911 line of two subjects arguing on the line.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 11 p.m. Nov. 16 of a green van playing loud music at Key Row, 715 11th St. NE. Police made contact and found two occupants in the van, but didn't hear any music. Subject said the radio was on earlier, but not for long and said he wouldn't play any more music.

FIGHT - Report at 7:38 p.m. Nov. 16 of a possible fight on the 300 block of 11th Street Southeast.

INTOXICATED - Report at 1:12 a.m. Nov. 16 of two loud intoxicated subjects and one was getting into a vehicle driving away on Kidder Street Northeast. Officers followed the vehicle and it did not appear that the driver was impaired and they couldn't locate the other subject.

DISPUTES - Report at 2:17 a.m. Nov. 15 of multiple 911 calls requesting officers on the 200 block of Eighth Street Southeast. Officers made contact and people said they never called. Everything appeared OK.

Brainerd police

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 6:36 p.m. Monday of a subject moving property out of the house in the 1700 block of Norwood Street. The subject was not causing any issues, but complainant wanted officers to drive by so subject was aware of police presence. Officers drove by and there were no issues.

Report at 5:35 p.m. Monday of someone outside the complainant's house with a flashlight on the 1700 block of Norwood Street. Subject was gone prior to officer's arrival.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday of a disturbance with a 5-year-old on the 600 block of North Seventh Street. Officer, at the mother's request, transported juvenile to the emergency room for an evaluation.

BURGLARY - Report at 12:22 p.m. Monday of a property broken into on the 400 block of C Street. Officer observed forced entry and several items stolen.

ASSIST - Assisted the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday with an arrest for driving while intoxicated and disorderly conduct on Highway 25 and Thompson Road, Brainerd.

Baxter police

CITATIONS - A 19-year-old man was cited at 11:16 p.m. Monday for drug paraphernalia following a report of a vehicle pulled to the side of the roadway on Welton Road and Clearwater Road.

A 27-year-old woman was cited for shoplifting at Kohl's, 7565 Excelsior Road. Subject also was served with a trespassing notice.

THEFT - Report Monday of a theft of groceries at Cub Foods Pharmacy, 14133 Edgewood Drive.

Crow Wing sheriff

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 5:24 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle pulling into a property on the 10000 block of Strawberry Lake Road, Pequot Lakes.

Report at 12:12 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle parked on the road east of a residence on the 6400 block of Hay Creek Road, Fort Ripley.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 3:15 p.m. Monday of a disturbance in the front lobby of the courthouse, 213 Laurel St.

THEFT - Report Monday of a theft of steel roofing and tools in Brainerd.

Nisswa police

THEFT - Report Saturday of a theft on the 23000 block of Nokomis Avenue.

ARREST - A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop on Gull Lake Road and Lake Allen Drive, Brainerd. According to the in-custody list, the woman was arrested for fifth-degree drug possession, obstructing the legal process, driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, open bottle and speeding.

ASSIST - Report at 9:46 p.m. Thursday to attempt to locate a vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 371 from Baxter. Vehicle was involved with a disturbance. While looking for the vehicle, the Crow Wing County deputy located it on the 6700 block of Pine Beach Road, Baxter.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 9:43 p.m. Nov. 16 of a vehicle parked with its headlights on in front of the Nisswa Community Center, 25628 Main St., which was closed. The driver told the officer he pulled over to play an "interactive video game." Officer advised him the park would be closed soon and the driver left.

BURGLARY - Report at 8:05 a.m. Nov. 16 of a burglary on the 5100 block of Northstar Lane.

Breezy Point police

ARREST - A 49-year-old man was arrested at 7:21 p.m. Sunday for DWI following a vehicle crash on Crow Wing County Road 11 and Ouray Drive.

NOISE - Report at 1:26 a.m. Saturday of a loud party on the 9200 block of Breezy Point Drive. One male was momentarily detained after he refused to produce an identification and asked to be arrested. Parties agreed to call it a night and to take care of the detained party.

THEFT - Report Friday of a theft of an iPhone on the 30000 block of Olson Street, Pequot Lakes. Pequot Lakes officer located phone and returned it to owner.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 8:52 p.m. Nov. 18 of someone who attempted to get into a house by rattling the door handle and pounding on the door on the 32000 block of Ash Avenue. Officer checked the area and found no fresh tire tracks or foot prints and was unable to locate anyone.

Crosby police

SUSPICIOUS - Report Saturday of a suspicious male on the 1100 block of Birch Street. Details were obtained on what the person was doing. Officers are investigating a possible theft case.

Report Thursday of a suspicious person in the area of a business on Main Street acting strange and possibly intoxicated. The caller said the male then got into a vehicle and left. Officers were unable to locate.

Report Nov. 18 of a male inside the complainant's vehicle at a residence on the 200 block of Fifth Street Northeast. The male ran after being confronted.

Report Nov. 17 of suspicious activity on Third Street Southwest. Officers made contact and issued citations to a juvenile female for possession of a small amount of marijuana and tobacco.

Report Nov. 17 of suspicious activity that has been occurring over the past several weeks. Individual is known to police and they plan to investigate.

Report Nov. 16 of a suspicious vehicle parked on Highway 6 at a business very late. Officers located vehicle and it was unoccupied.

FIGHT - Report Saturday of a fight at a business on First Avenue Northwest. A male was possibly injured and taken to the hospital by a friend. No one wanted to press charges against anyone.

CITATION - A 25-year-old man was cited for theft following a report of a shoplifter at a business on Third Avenue Northwest.

FIRE - Report Saturday of a possible chimney fire on Crow Wing County Road 12. Crosby Fire Department responded. There was no fire, but part of the chimney had blockage that was backing smoke into the house.

DISTURBANCE - Report Nov. 18 of a disturbance on Poplar Street involving a juvenile male. Officer made contact with juvenile and advised.

Report Nov. 17 of a disturbance/possible assault on Sixth Avenue Northeast involving two juveniles.

Report Nov. 17 of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Second Street Northwest. Upon arrival, officers learned a verbal argument had ensued and one person involved had left the residence.

BURGLARY - Report Nov. 18 of a garage burglary on the 200 block of Sixth Street Northeast.

Report Nov. 17 of a burglary of a garage and theft from a vehicle inside the garage on the 600 block of Poplar Street.

THEFT - Report Saturday of a theft from a vehicle.
