THEFT - Report Oct. 26 of a theft of two full size skeletons at Treehouse Nursery on Highway 371. One dressed with a cowboy hat, dead flowers in the hands and a watering can. The second has foam painted red attached to the bones to look like blood. Also missing were several small fuzzy plastic spiders which were hanging throughout the store. Total estimated value of $95.
Report Sunday of a theft of a Can-Am all-terrain vehicle and trailer on Pequot Boulevard.
ARREST - A 51-year-old woman was arrested at 6:19 p.m., Oct. 28, for fleeing in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, obstructing the legal process and driving after revocation during a traffic stop on Lilac Street and Cottage Avenue.
DISTURBANCE - Report at 5:07 p.m. Oct. 28 of a disturbance on Country Care Lane. Staff reported ongoing issues with a daughter of a patient who was being disruptive while visiting her father.

ARRESTS - A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 4:40 a.m. Monday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 800 block of Quince Street.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Monday for violating the conditions of his release following an informational report on Laurel Street and Fourth Street South.
A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct following a report of an intoxicated male on the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested at 1:11 a.m. Sunday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated on the 2600 block of Kermit Lane.
A 56-year-old woman was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Saturday following a report of an assault on the 1800 block of Norwood Street.
A 27-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were arrested at 11:11 p.m. Friday following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 200 block of North Seventh Street. The man was arrested on a warrant and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. The woman was arrested for third-degree sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession and sale of a hypodermic syringes and possession of drug paraphernalia.
PROWLER - Report at 2:52 a.m. Monday of a prowler on the 1100 block of Quince Street.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 7:24 p.m. Sunday of a verbal disturbance in the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St. Officers assisted deputies in transporting a patient to the intensive care unit.
Report at 6:55 p.m. Sunday of a landlord wanting a male removed from the 1800 block of Norwood Street. Officers located the male and he agreed to leave.
Report at 8:19 p.m. Friday of a male resident being disruptive at Bethany Good Samaritan Society, 804 Wright St. Officers arrived, but their assistance was no longer needed.
Report at 10:53 a.m. Friday of a male student causing a disturbance with staff at the Lincoln Educational Center, 604 S. Sixth St. A 15-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct.
ASSAULT - Report at 4:47 p.m. Sunday of an assault on the 500 block of Washington Street.
OTHER - Report at 3:53 p.m. Sunday of a juvenile male screaming profanities on the playground on the 1100 block of 10th Avenue Northeast. Juvenile males were located and they were advised.
JUVENILE - Assisted Crosslake officers at 1:36 a.m. Sunday with a Safe and Sober event with a traffic stop on Norwood Street and Ninth Street in Brainerd. A 15-year-old male was arrested for minor consumption of alcohol and placed in a secure detention in Itasca County juvenile center. A 17-year-old female was cited for minor consumption.
Report at 5:09 p.m. Saturday of two juveniles walking on the railroad bridge on East River Road. Officers identified kids and sent them on their way.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 11:10 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle driving through the alleyway several times on the 1400 block of Maple Street. A male was cited for driving after revocation and another male was cited for underage consumption.
Report at 8:08 p.m. Saturday of suspicious activity on the 200 block of Seventh Street.
Report at 5:25 p.m. Saturday of several kids attempting to jump onto a building on the 1700 block of South Seventh Street. Officers identified the kids and sent them on their way.
Report at 12:34 a.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1100 block of Oak Street. A driver was cited for driving after revocation.
Report at 9:03 p.m. Friday of juveniles in the area hitting mailboxes with sticks on South Sixth Street and Paul Street. Officers were unable to locate suspects.

BURGLARY - Report at 4:10 p.m. Saturday of a burglary on the 1100 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast and an iPad was missing. Reporting party called back and the report was unfounded.

Report at 5:30 p.m. Friday of four juveniles climbing in a window on the 300 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. Officer made contact with parent, kids were playing.

ARRESTS - A 37-year-old woman was arrested at 5:04 a.m. Monday for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety during a traffic stop on the 13000 block of Elder Drive.
A 34-year-old man was arrested at 3:02 a.m. Monday for driving after suspension during a traffic stop on the 7200 block of Glory Road.
A 38-year-old man was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Saturday for DWI and a seat belt violation on Washington Street and North Third Street in Brainerd.

THREAT - Report at 1:56 p.m. Saturday of an unknown person who left a threatening note on the vehicle window due to him "flying the Confederate flag" on the 140000 block of Dellwood Drive.

ARRESTS - A 21-year-old man was arrested at 3:13 a.m. Sunday following a report of a suicidal person on Sleepy Hollow Road, Fort Ripley. The man was booked for domestic assault and fleeing a peace officer.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 8:42 p.m. Saturday following a report of a disturbance on Highway 18, Garrison. The man was booked for giving a peace officer a false name, disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and possession of pharmacy medications.
INTOXICATED - Report at 4:07 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated person on Wabigoniss Shores, Pine River.
ASSAULT- Report at 9:08 p.m. Friday of an assault on Central Street, Garrison.
THEFT - Report Friday of a theft on Second Avenue, Riverton.
Nisswa police
ARRESTS - A 51-year-old man was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and Nisswa Avenue.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Saturday following an agency assist on Highway 371 and County Road 29, Pequot Lakes. Driver was arrested for two active warrant.
SUSPICIOUS - Report at 9:29 p.m. Thursday of a suspicious vehicle parked on the 21000 block of Gull Lake Drive. The vehicle was gone prior to police arrival, but officers learned it was a painting company and they had permission to be on the property.
DISTURBANCE - Report at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday to assist with a female causing a disturbance with staff at 5488 Country Care Lane, Pequot Lakes. Officer arrived and subject who caused the disturbance was asked to leave the facility per medical staff.
