RANDALL-The Darling Church of Highway 10, north of Little Falls in Darling Township was destroyed by fire and arson has been ruled as the cause.
The Morrison County Sheriff Office was called at 3:17 a.m. Friday to a report of a fire at the Darling Church. When deputies arrived the building was fully engulfed in flames. The Randall Fire Department responded and was able to keep the fire from spreading into the wood line; however the church was a total loss.
According to the sheriff's office, the fire was believed to have been set intentionally and it is being investigated as arson.
The state fire marshal's office is assisting the Morrison County
Sheriff's Office with this active investigation.
