The Brainerd Fire Department responded to an attic fire at 4:12 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of 13th Avenue Northeast. Firefighters extinguished the fire.
The fire department also responded at 9:14 a.m. to a fire alarm at North Air Heating and Cooling, 17043 Commerical Park Road. Firefighters determined it was a false alarm.
