A 27-year-old North Dakota man was arrested Friday after he crashed a Polaris all-terrain vehicle at Lakes Jam at Brainerd International Raceway in Brainerd.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash at 1:23 a.m. that injured the man, who was the driver and two passengers-Kelly Jo Hanson, 38, and Christopher D. Hanson, 40, both of West Fargo, N.D. All three had minor injuries, cuts to head and a possible broken hand. The passengers were transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
The driver was arrested for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation and misdemeanor driving under the influence.
The sheriff's office reported the driver attempted to turn sharply, causing it to roll.
