UPSALA — A 63-year-old Burtrum man was killed Sunday, June 14, after crashing an all-terrain vehicle, a mile south of Upsala.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s office reported Todd Walker was traveling north along Barrel Road in a Polaris Razor ATV, when he lost control of the ATV, hit a power pole and was thrown from the machine. Walker was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office reported.
The crash, reported at 1:07 a.m., is under investigation.
The Minnesota State Patrol, Upsala Fire Department, Upsala First Response Team and Mayo Clinic Ambulance assisted the sheriff’s office with the fatality.
