Authorities seized 17.2 grams of cocaine and a loaded .380-caliber handgun Sunday, June 10, following an incident at the Brainerd International Raceway.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about 7:21 a.m. of a man on the grounds selling drugs, and when he was asked to leave he mentioned having a gun to witnesses.
Upon arrival, deputies arrested a 27-year-old Hutchinson man for second-degree sale of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
The Lakes Area Drug Investigative Division and Nisswa Police Department assisted at the scene.
