EMILY -- The United Methodist Church in Emily will host a lifesaving Automatic External Defibrillator training and information workshop 3-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 9.
The certified trainer is Colette Larson, registered nurse, of Essentia Health - St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Brainerd.
This is another in a series of Emily area community educational forums. The public is invited to this free event.
Larson will provide hands-on training to everyone who attends. Information will be provided about obtaining an automatic defibrillator, current availability in the community and other training opportunities. There will be time for questions and answers.
