BAXTER — The Baxter City Council is meeting 10 a.m. Friday, March 27, in an emergency session.
The session is described as a meeting to proclaim and declare an emergency and to consider adopting the COVID-19 operations plan and COVID-19 telecommuting policy. To do this, Baxter will temporarily open the city hall council chambers, 13190 Memorywood Drive, to the public for the emergency meeting with those attending required to follow social distancing guidelines recommended by the Minnesota Department of Health.
