BAXTER - The Baxter City Council will meet in a special session at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at city hall to discuss land acquisition negotiations.
A portion of the meeting will be closed based on Minnesota Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3(c)(3) to develop an offer for the purchase of real property.
