BAXTER -- A Pillager woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 12:18 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at the intersection of Golf Course Road and Excelsior Road in Baxter.

The Baxter Police Department reported Sandra J. Anderson, 72, Pelican Rapids, was driving a Chevy Malibu and Conni E. Kaz, 49, Pillager, was driving a jeep when the two vehicles collided at the Baxter intersection. Kaz was transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd for injuries.

Anderson was not injured.

The Brainerd Fire Department was called to assist, but was canceled en route.
