BAXTER-A 21-year-old man was injured Thursday in a crash south of Clearwater Drive.
The Baxter Police Department reported the crash occurred at 9:20 a.m. Thursday, on the 7200 block of Fox Place.
The driver, Jason Henry Kissner, 21, was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd by North Memorial Ambulance.
Kissner was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance, the police reported stated.
