A special meeting of the Baxter City Council will be 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Baxter City Hall, 13190 Memorywood Drive.
The agenda includes:

A. Continued 2021 preliminary governmental funds budget and levy discussion; schedule additional special meeting if necessary; or adopt resolutions to set the preliminary 2021 property tax levy and approve the preliminary 2021 governmental funds budget at regular council meeting.
