Workers perch on scaffolding high above the ground Wednesday, July 25, as part of a maintenance project on Baxter's water tower on Inglewood Drive. The water tower will receive new interior and exterior coatings and structural upgrades. The project is anticipated to last approximately 12-16 weeks.
