The Bay Lake Area Lions charity auction is scheduled at 9 a.m. Saturday a mile north of Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge on Highway 6.
The auction will feature numerous items including a 1980 Scorpion Whip and a 1960s Alumacraft Queen Mary with a 50 horsepower Johnson motor. There will be gift packages up for bid as well as a number of antiques, outboard motors, air compressors, furniture, antique tools and other items. Preview of items begins at 8 a.m.
All proceeds from the auction will go toward supporting a large variety of charitable projects including the eye bank, reforestation, diabetes awareness, aluminum can recycling, and the Deerwood Auditorium $50,000 kitchen remodel.
