The Bay Lake Area Lions elected new officers at last week's meeting.
Taking office are: president, Rose Puckett; secretary, Guy Lommen; treasurer, Cathe Picek; one year directors Ed Kirk and Bruce Oliphant; two year directors Bruce Kallestad and Fred Lenz; Tail Twister Ann Kirk; Lion Tamer Fred Lenz; Chaplain David Pundt; Chaplain of Cards Mike Patrick; publicity, David Pundt.
Other business at the last meeting included finalizing the dates for this year's golf tournament July 18 at Ruttger's and the Aug. 6 auction at the Lion's barn on Highway 6.
Past Lion Governor Gloria Anderson will talk about the Lions' Hearing Foundation at next month's meeting Tuesday, April 12, at the Deerstand in Deerwood. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m.
