The restaurant 612 Station in downtown Brainerd is announcing a new menu item starting this Saturday, Dec. 22, created by a Brainerd High School marketing class.
The teacher of the sports and marketing class created a burger challenge. The challenge was for the students to create and design a new burger and market it to the public. The school teamed up with the owners of the 612 Station to add it to its menu for two weeks.
The burger the class designed is called "Cowboy burger" and it is prepared with macaroni and cheese. The burger will only be available through Jan. 5.
The class is asking people to try it and then to let the 612 staff know how what they think of the burger so the staff can share the information with the students who created it.
