A 36-year-old Brainerd man was injured Sunday, June 7, after the bicycle he was riding crashed into a parked vehicle on the 900 block of 13th Street Southeast in Brainerd.
The Brainerd Police Department responded to the crash at 8:36 p.m. The bicyclist, identified as Alex W. Harless, told police he crashed into the back of a parked vehicle while trying to swerve away from it as he thought it was going to hit him.
Harless was transported by North Memorial Health ambulance to be treated at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd.
